OK, As mentioned on the front page this is all new to me and just keep adding to it. I read back on my other review and want to add to just the basics. So with that said this is one of my most favorite beers, my second time brewing this specific brew. I review the BJCP Guidelines before tasting the beer because I need to train my noise, taste buds to pick out the specifics. I need to start somewhere 8).
https://www.bjcp.org/styles04/Category7.php#style7C Here is the guidelines for your review as well. Lets learn together. 8) I plan on looking at each section of the guidelines and compare.
Aroma: I really get nothing on the nose other than a slight sweet smell.
Appearance: Light Brown and clear when looking through it.
Flavor: Slight biscuity smooth flavor with a very slight bitterness on the backend.
Mouthfeel: I’m still learning this one but based on the ones I’ve tried medium body.
As mentioned above this is one of my favorite beers. The funny thing is I really don’t know the recipe as when you look at what they send you it does give you a full recipe. Smart because I’ll be coming back for me. Hell I already have. This will become a very regular on my taps. To me its a great overall beer, its not to much of one thing. Of course I’m going to be giving this beer a 10 out of 10. Nice job Kegconnection.com you knocked it out of the park with this one.
