HBR – Altbier brewed on 8-28-23

So this beer I had some issues brewing as you can see here. Ended up fermenting with Kveik yeast. With that said here is what I think.

Appearance: Brown copper color with a nice think tan head that stayed around. As I was drinking it, it left a nice lacing on the glass. There is still some cloudiness to it as well but figured that will clear in another few weeks.

Aroma: Not picking up much, there is a smell there but don’t have a way to explain yet, but I’m going to call it clean.

Flavor: Slight bitterness that washes away quickly, starts off with dark fruit flavor and ends with some apple flavor.

Mouthfeel: Its coats your mouth and the flavor washes away fast which makes me want to go back in to sip.

Over a decent beer. Ill definitely drink this one. I would have really like to have tried this with just the first pitch of yeast as I have learned a lot since I brewed this a few months back and was hoping to have had a good result but as mentioned over not bad and definitely going to drink this one. Have you had this beer if so post what you think in the comments.
