So I remember this brew day and didn’t have the proper yeast but ended up adapting. Check it out here. I wasn’t a fan of it so that is probably why I still have it but so lefts dig in. I am reviewing this on 3-4-23 so a few months out. 8P

Its a great golden color that you can see right through. Its been chilling for a while and haven’t moved the keg at all so its clear. Don’t get much off the nose. I do remember more on the nose when it was fresher, having a “beer” smell to it. On the taste there isn’t much there, pretty clean up front with this,mild bitterness when you swallow, followed up by a drying of the mouth. On the fresher side I remember of the standard “beer” flavor and was a hit amount the bud drinkers.

Overall not a big fan and will be dumping the rest, under a gallon. Need the space for the new stuff coming up. 8)
