On the third day, early morning I decided to do the dry hop, it was at high krausen. Two days later fermentation stopped and I took a gravity reading. Took a reading of 1.006 SF, which was a little lower than I wanted it but oh well, Ill ride with it. 8) Came out to a 4.99% ABV. Tossed in the fermentation fridge and lowly brought down the 38 F(3C) for 6 days, I got busy 8).
After the 6th day I pulled it out and transferred over to a keg. Setup my low/no O2 setup with my purged kegs and slowly push into my kegs to give me the clearest of beer. This can be a hazy beer and expect it to be a little bit as there was some hops added during dry hop. Once I got to a little over 40lbs(18.1kg), which 41lbs(18.1kg) is my stopping point. Was able to pull a small sample and its definitely an interesting flavor, very smooth, I can’t put my finger on it but lets see once it has some carbonation .
