UPDATE: New Belgium Fat Tire Brew Day 1-27-23

Check out the brew day if you hadn’t already here. With that said fermentation kicked off quickly and hammered through through the sugars but left it for a week before I took a reading. Came in at 1.006 SG which gives me a 5.12% ABV. Placed the fermentor in my fermentation chamber and slowly brought the beer down to 38F(3.3C) and left it there for about 5 additional days. From there transferred into a keg and placed in my refrigerator to carbonate up.
