OK fermentation as always kick off really quickly with Imperial yeast and I ended up delaying tossing in the hops till right after heavy fermentation. Tossed in the hops and let soak for a few days. After a few days pulled a gravity sample of 1.008 SG (4.78% ABV)and tossed in my fridge to chill down. After a few days in the fridge I transferred over to a keg and tossed in my fridge again to carbonate up. Took a sample and mmmm did that taste good. Can’t wait for some carbonation.
