UPDATE: Todd’s not ESB brew day 10-15-23

Check out the brew day here. So this beer kicked off quick and finished rather quickly. I ended up letting it sit around a few extra days as I was very busy. Pulled a gravity reading of 1.010SG which makes this beer a 5.12% ABV beer. Took a small sample and not sure if I like it, needs to be colder and carbonated but maybe something I enjoy. Either way it was a modification to a recipe kit so not too sure what it will be. After about 7 days at 38F(3.3C) i transferred over to a keg and left the keg in my refrigerator to carbonate up. I do plan on a side by side with this beer and the one beer I captured yeast from the backyard.
