UPDATE: Scotty’s Full Moon Brew Day 4-15-23

Check out the brew day here. Fermentation seem to last forever on this. I mean it quickly started off with the normal fermentation but I had bubbles for a while off the blow off tube and when I opened up the fermentor it still have a high krauzen so I left for a few more days. I haven’t seen any bubbles for a few days later and opened up and took a reading, still had high krauzen maybe, not sure but pushed aside and took a reading of 1.004 sg, which give me 5.64%ABV. Didn’t chill this one as I want some of the yeast to but brought over so I just went right into transferring into the keg. After fully transferred pulled a small sample and proceeded to clean up. Tasted the sample pretty warm but there is some yeast character there, I guess Ill know more when its ready to drink.
