So fermentation kicked off rather nicely and went right along and finished bubbling after about 6 days. Because I only have one temperature controlled fermentation chamber I had to wait a few extra days, 11 total from brew day to cold crash it. Took a quick reading before cold crash and the brew came in at 1.004. This brew went a little further then expected but that is fine its still under 5% at 4.87%.
After spending a few days in the fermentation chamber at 38 degrees F, its time to transfer into a keg. It looks like it is going to be a very nice and light beer, hopefully 8). After transfer I pulled a small sample to taste and also pulled two jars of yeast. Has a really nice clean flavor so hoping its going to be a good summer beer. I don’t have any space in my fridge so I will just keep this on CO2 right outside the fridge until there is room
