Here is a link to the brew day . Fermentation took a few days to take off. I was going to pitch more yeast but decided to wait and fermentation finally kicked off after a little over 2 days. This definitely isn’t normal but the yeast I had was a little older and it sat on my front porch in the heat. Fermentation finished off and tossed int he dry hops for a little over 5 days, as I went to Maine for the weekend, and finally transferred over to the fermentor. I took a sample, very tasty but may be a little too bitter for me. Will find out once its carbonated and cold.
