UPDATE: Altbier brew day 8-28-29

So after 3 days there was no activity and decided to pitch another yeast packet as the current one didn’t take off. I only had Kveik yeast so that is what I pitched. From there fermentation kicked off quickly and fermented out. Took a gravity reading of 1.010SG which give me a ABV of 4.33%. Cold crashed to 38F(3.33C) for a few days before transferring over to a keg to carbonate up. Cleaned up equipment.
