This week while doing the grocery shopping I came across Strawberry Watermelon, Two things I really like. Lets see how they come out. Placed the 3 lbs of honey in a hot water bath to make sure it will flow good. Brought 2 cups of water RO water up to a boil and added in 1 tsp of yeast nutrient and boiled for a few minutes. After that added in the honey to the 1 gallon jug and then tossed in about 1/2 the water/yeast nutrient mix and 1/2 the Strawberry Watermelon juice and shook it really well. Added the rest of the ingredients in and shook again and took a gravity reading of 1.110. So if this ferments out it will be a little over 14%. We will see. This time I used Champaign yeast as the grocery store didn’t have any yeast on the shelves.
