After two days of fermentation, as it was still fermenting added in the dry hop addition and let it finish up. After a full week I took a gravity reading of 1.008 so tossed it into the fermentation chamber and proceeded to cold crash it to 38 F.
After a week long cold crash, things are busy, I started to transfer over to the keg. It was a slow process now sure if some hops got stuck up in the pickup but just let the beer transfer over slowly and grabbed a few small jars of yeast to use later on. Cleaned up and placed the keg in the refrigerator to carbonate up for the next week.
