So the fermentation kicked off quick and finished up quick. I forgot all about the dry hop so at the very end of fermentation I took a gravity reading of 1.008 SF and added in the 4 oz of dry hops. I’m going to let them sit there for a few days before cold crashing.
With Christmas and the New Year I ended up have it dry hopped for two weeks but most of that time was keezer being cold crashed. Transferred over to the keg and got a nice 5 gallons and tossed in the fridge to carbonate up. I didn’t have enough to pull a sample so will have to try this beer when its ready.
