UPDATE: Kolsch Cup 2.0 brew day 4-8-2023

Check out the brew day here. Fermentation started off really quick with this and finished out in a few days. I did leave it for a while at 63F(17C) for a little over a week and took a gravity reading of 1.004SF, looking good and smelling amazing. Placed in the keezer and started the cold crash.

After about a week in the keezer I transferred over to a keg and put on some CO2 to carboninate up. Gave it a little taste test and got some good flavor.
