Okay so after getting this all together, I wasn’t a fan of it. It had way to much tea flavor and the hops completely got covered up and almost went soapy. It had this soapy floral flavor that I wan’t a fan of at all and ended up dumping the 2.5 gallons that I had made., I really need to rethink this.

If I do plan on doing this brew again, Ill use 1/2 to 3/4 of the tea that I used and will have to really think about the hop choose as I don’t want a soapy floral flavor in my tea, nor my beer lol

Well I can say I tried it and not sure if Ill do it again. Maybe play around with it in the winter time with like 1/2 gallon batches, Maybe 8).
