UPDATE: Vienna Lager brew day 6-20-2022

Check out what I have done to this point here. Fermentation went off really well with the two packs of 34/70 and held at about 48 degrees F for about a few days and then started to ramp up the temp near the end to finish out clean. After fermentation ended I took a gravity reading of 1.006 which gives me a ABV of 5.25%. Added in 8 OZ of coarse ground bean into two separate bags, and set back in the chamber and pulled to 50 degrees F for 3 days and than cold crashed down to 38 degrees for 2 days to clear out.

After a few days at 38 degrees F, I transferred over to a keg to carbonate up. The plan is to transfer over to a 2.5 gallon keg and can the rest of it.

I thought I had already posted and found this in my drafts. Oh well, July was a very busy month for me with work and haven’t been posting much but more to come.
