Check out the brew day here to see how it was made. Fermentation kicked off within 6 hours of pitching the yeast and as of 4-14-2022 all signs of fermentation have stopped. Took at gravity reading and pulled a 1.010 and looks amazing. Tossed this into my fermentation chamber to cold crash. I’m only going to cold crash for a day as I need my chamber for another brew.
After the day of cold crashing pulled out while brewing the other beer and pressure pushed with 1-2 psi of CO2 from the fermentor to the keg. Got 5 gallons in the keg and will put on pressure for a week +.
